CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITYCARTAL DEVELOPHENTSITUATION VACANTاعرمCDA invites applications for the following posts on contract basis against Project Pay Scales (PPS) for design and construction of Jinnah Medical Complex (JMC) in Islamabad, applications are invited from suitable candidates possessing qualifications, experience and age limit.

Project Director

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 20 years of experience in project management of large scale projects preferably in hospital or educational infrastructure projects.55Expertise in construction planning, execution, and team leadership.

Procurement & Contracts Specialist

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain Management / Business Administration/Law or related field.

Chief Architect

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.Minimum 15 years of experience for BS Candidate and 10 years of experience for MS candidate in designing of healthcare or educational facilitiesiii. Proficient in architectural software and project visualization tools.

E&M Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 1.Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and managing E&M systems for large-scale projects.iii. Familiarity with hospital-grade systems preferred.

Planning Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

QS Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.Minimum 05 years of experience in cost estimation, BoQ’s, and tendering processes.
